Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at office@bellarteencante.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at office@bellarteencante.com.

Right of Withdrawal

According to statutory provisions, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the following products within 14 days without providing any reasons:

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless there is a verifiable material defect.

Withdrawal Statement

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (your company name, address, email address, and phone number) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post, email, or phone). Please include your order number and order date.

Return of Products

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the products to us in unused and undamaged condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receiving the returned products and checking for material defects or damages, we will refund you the purchase price. The refund will be processed using the payment method used for the order.
